About the event
An interactive workshop with theoretical knowledge and physical and mental training. This workshop supports unfolding and recovering of some of your hidden traumas and blockages on mental, energetical and physical level. Six specially designed workout classes, seminar on human being and energy from different aspects. Part of this workshop is meditation, rituals and energetic food inspired by TCM and Ayurvedic cooking principals.
